request the freeze exception for lynx-cur

Dear Debian Release Team,

I uploaded the new lynx-cur to unstable today and 
I believe it is a good candidate of freeze exception
because it is
  - translation updates

The relevant changelog:

lynx-cur (2.8.7dev9-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Andreas' efforts keep this package in Debian.  Thanks Andreas Metzler.
  * Debconf translations:
    - Japanese. Closes: #493674
    - Italian. Closes: #493959
