freeze exception request for sim 0.9.5~svn20080806-1

Hello Developers

Package: sim
We have uploaded new version of sim package to unstable.
The uploaded version (0.9.5~svn20080806-1) is new upstream version
(#420095 [1]) and contains RC bugfixes.
Most important changelog entries are:

   * Replaced sounds and icons with unclear licensing with GPL ones.
     (Closes: #386570) [2]
   * New rules allow double compilation (Closes: #489898) [3]
   * Fixed bashism in debian/rules (Closes: #484436) [4]

Please allow the package to transition to testing.

I would very appreciate a positive answer, because unclear licensing
bug (#386570) was a very long-lived and it is finally fixed.
