We can't force icon/9.4.3-1/armel, not without the rest of arches, which
can't happen because sparc is out of date.

If you really want, you could do a binary-only upload of icon/9.4.2-2.8/armel
to t-p-u, yes. I *believe* britney will migrate it, which would be good.

Hm, if sparc has it enabled, why is it still failing there?
