Unfreeze Request For glib2.0

Hi,
The other day when doing some updates for these packages:
dictionaries-common
wamerican
liblapack3gf
wbritish

i noticed the terminal view reported that glib 2.16.4 should be used
instead of 2.16.3, but it installed the updates anyway.
Shouldn't glib be updated to the version which these updates
recommended ?
