For mips it failure was apparently caused by a broken libaspell-dev
(missing aspell.h file). I did a test rebuild with current unstable,
which succeeded.

For powerpc it seems to be a buildd timeout due to some transient
problem. (The lyx build logs show no history of buildd timeouts.)
