Unblock reques for fai 3.2.14
Hi release team,
would you be so kind to unblock fai 3.2.14?
The last version in testing is 3.2.11. After that, a lot of testing
was done and we found some more bugs which are now fixed in 3.2.14.
Here are the last three changelog entries

* fai-guide.sgml: document behaviour of LOGSERVER (closes: #361524)
