Previously the package was stuck behind some qt4 package (and someone offered to do a TPU upload but afaict never actually did so) but that no longer seems to be the case (presumablly the qt4 package in question migrated)
please also requeue fslview on arm in TPU with a dep-wait on libvtk5-qt3 5.0.4-1.1
