You probably know which one is best, but in all cases I think it is wise
to upload beta5 or beta6 to unstable. Then, the release team will have
to decide between letting it migrate or backport some selected fixes
(the list of which could be rather large) through TPU.

In all cases, the current beta3 package is not suitable for release.
