Pre-approval request for isync upload: dropping a debconf note

Hello,

While talking to Nicolas Boullis, isync's maintainer, about a possible
upload to fix a pending debconf translation, he mentioned me that,
indeed, debconf, in isync, is only used to display a note warning
about an upgrade situation....that will not happen when upgrading from
Etch.

This note is indeed only displayed when users upgrade from a pre-Etch
version. This is a situation where droppiong the note is generally
considered OK.

However, would it be OK for a lenny freeze exception?

I attach the patch I cooked up for this. Most of its size is made by
the dropped translations. In short, it drops postinst, config and
templates files, removes the call to dh_installdebconf in rules and
drops the Build dependency on po-debconf.

Would the release team approve an upload with that change (that would
probably be a maintainer upload...I'll check that with Nicolas)?
