Let enchant into testing

I just NMUed enchant, version 1.4.2-3.3, due to a release critical bug
which was causing gramps, and probably some other packages, to crash
(bug #492212). As the package in testing is affected by this bug, the
package should be let into testing.

The fix was a two line patch which prevents enchant from crashing when
a directory is closed if a dictionary has not already been returned.
The package was tested by one of the people affected by the bug and
works properly. If you wish to see the patch, it can be found in
debian/patches/02_fix_non_matching_dicts_crasher.dpatch in the source
package.

There was a previous NMU, version 1.4.2-3.2, to fix bug #499710 and
that version was slated to go into testing in a few days. Those are
the only changes from the previous version in testing.
