Please unblock naist-jdic 0.4.3-4

Hi RMs,

 Please unblock naist-jdic 0.4.3-4, it would fix 2 grave bugs.
 (#500704 and #500748, upgrade and removal problem. The bug reporter don't 
  reply yet, but Neil and I believe fix those bugs.)
