I'd like to ask for pre-approval of a few changes to prayer: 1) prayer.init: Correctly check for the presence of the executables. (Fixes init script failure when package is in config-files state.) 2) Split out templates to a separate arch-indep package (prayer-templates). (Lintian recommends it. Size: ~2 MB; prayer becomes ~1.8MB instead of ~3.6MB. The templates are normally not needed at all since they are also compiled into prayer-session.) 3) Change default tmp_dir configuration value to something other than /tmp, because I think prayer writes some files, mostly for debugging, there in an insecure manner. 4) http://bugs.debian.org/497016 (when constructing the sender address, don't append default domain to username if it contains an "@") Otherwise prayer is unusable with such setups. -- Magnus Holmgren holmgren@debian.org Debian Developer
