netkit-tftp & openvpn

Dear RMs,

Please consider including the current versions now found in Sid of
netkit-tftp and openvpn.

The reasoning for each package is:

- netkit-tftp: Fixed security bug that made tftpd serve files from
  the filesystem root directory when the tftpd root directory
  was wrongly specified.

- openvpn: Fixes several bugs (in rc10 and rc11) introduced in rc9.
  (#495964, #496314, #497411, #496141, #496649)
