Please let mimedefang 2.64-6 into testing

Hi,

Version 2.64-6 of mimedefang includes two updated debconf translations,
a fix to make it build an run on hppa again and a fix for the init
script to not exit with error on package upgrade when daemon is not running.

Please let it go into testing.
