Hi release team,

I just uploaded a new release of webkit, fixing the long standing
problem with fonts that made it not display properly, for example,
japanese characters on non-japanese locales (only squares were shown).
The fix was cherry-picked from upstream, with a small fix to avoid
pulling another commit.

PS: Note there is a copyright and license change in the cherry-pick;
as far as I can see from the whole file, which apart from the changes
only contain really trivial stuff, it is not a problem.
