please unblock policycoreutils/2.0.49-6

Hi,

policycoreutils (2.0.49-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix conflict between LSB header and update-rc.d options (important
    bug). Closes: #493005

This was a simple change in the LSB comments in the init script,
 no other change.

        thanks,

        manoj
