Two of those changes affect packages that aren't part of Debian Installer and I'd like to ask for an ack before contacting those maintainers (well, one of those are mine). The parted change is the bigger but it looks safe. Most of changes are in d-i modules and just remove special handling of dmraid, making dmraid to work as a regular raid. Those change will make dmraid support much nicer and well supported. The debdiffs are attached. Can I do a parted upload and ask for a devmapper upload with this fix included?
