freeze exception request: zoph

Hi release team,

since my package zoph entered testing i fixed #417259 really after
it has been unarchived by Lucas Nussbaum on Sat, 09 Aug 2008 and
reopened by me on Mon, 11 Aug 2008 (see 0.7.1-2 below). In Lenny this
bug is RC as noticed by Thijs Kinkhorst in a comment.

With 0.7.3-2 i fixed another bug which was tagged Severity: important by
the submitter to fullfill the release goal "dash".

Of course it would be possible to backport the two relevant changes to
0.7.1, but as
  1. the upgrade to the new upstream version of 0.7.3 should be not
invasive (no packages depend on zoph and it needs no new libraries
     etc.)
  2. i prepared a NEWS file for users upgrading from etch to lenny for
0.7.3-1 (which maybe was a bit too optimistic at that time ;^)
     and
  3. 0.7.3-2 is in unstable for 18 days now without any new bugs
     reported
i'd like to request a freeze exception and allow zoph 0.7.3-2 to enter
lenny.

Thanks for your work and Greetings,
Edelhard
