please unblock fltk1.1/1.1.9-6

Could you please unblock fltk1.1/1.1.9-6, which (like -5) merely
incorporates a last-minute Debconf translation update (#494052)?

fltk1.1 (1.1.9-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * The "belated translation updates keep rolling in" release.
  * Update Japanese Debconf translation, thanks to Hideki Yamane.
    (Closes: #494052.)
