Freeze exception for mumble 1.1.4-4

Hello release team,

we uploaded today an new build of mumble.
Changes:

   * Add README and README.Linux to mumble.docs
   * Revert to asking for server password, as you currently can't change
     the password once it's set.

The first entry just adds two upstream documents.
The second one is the reason for our upload - it fixes a failing call
for new passwords, which can't be set about the shell if already one has
been set.

Please accept this version for Lenny while this regression could make
users gonna crazy. :-)
