Please allow calendarserver into testing

Hi,
calendarserver 1.2.dfsg-6 adds missing stop/start calls to the
preinst/postinst scripts. It also removes the dependency on
python-plistlib since this is provided by the default python2.5 package
allowing us to remove python-plistlib from testing.
