please let mplayer 1.0~rc2-17 into testing ; it was uploaded shortly
(*) before the freeze was announced, so it should be granted the
"automatic freeze exception"; anyway here is the changelog with some
extra info
* fix bashism in binary_codecs.sh script,
thanks to Raphael Geissert (Closes: #489636).
* use proper name 'mplayer.xpm' for the icon,
so the mplayer icon is shown in menus,
thanks to Fernando Mitio Yamada (Closes: #483499).
* [INTL:sv] Swedish strings for mplayer debconf,
thanks to brother@bsnet.se (Closes: #491777).
* fix: show correct length of theora video,
thanks to Sam Morris, and Reimar Döffinger for the patch
from SVN27354 (Closes: #464207).
I have tested this last patch with many OGG files, and it
works quite well

(*) BTW, 1.0~rc2-17 had been ready some time before sunday 27th, but I
wanted to wait until 1.0~rc2-16 would transition into testing ; this
latter took 6 days to transition, even though it was urgency=high
