Please unblock libgems-ruby 1.2.0-2

Hello,

I have uploaded to unstable libgems-ruby 1.2.0-2.
RubyGems (rubygems1.9), Ruby's own packaging system, was not able to install due
to a file conflict with the ruby1.9 package (#493309). That version has fixed
the issue.

Please consider an exception for libgems-ruby 1.2.0-2 to enter Lenny.
