Freeze exception for qbittorrent_1.1.0~rc1-2

Hi release team,

I'd like to ask a freeze exception for qbittorrent_1.1.0~rc1-2.

Actually, version in testing is 1.1.0~beta3-1. I uploaded 1.1.0~rc1-1 on
2008-07-24, which fixed a severity grave bug (#491453) and a FTBFS on
arm and armel arches [1], but there was a mistake with patch system so
today I uploaded (thanks to Vincent Bernat) last new revision -2 which
really close the FTBFS.

I'm attaching changelog for qbittorrent latest two revisions (which are
only in ustable).

CCing to my usual sponsor (Michal Čihař - on vacation) and Vincent
Bernat, sponsor for this upload.

qbittorrent (1.1.0~rc1-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: fix a stupid bug with dpatch (s/-/_/); this would really
    close the FTBFS on arm arches.
  * debian/control: new synopsis line.

qbittorrent (1.1.0~rc1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version
    - Fix crash when opening a .torrent file which contains unicode
      characters (Closes: #491453)
  * debian/control:
    - build-depends on libtorrent-rasterbar exact revision (>= 0.13.1-2),
    which is built without debug option: in other case (libtorrent-rasterbar
    0.13.1-1), qbittorrent would crash if -NDEBUG option is enabled (upstream
    enabled it in this version, so the problem was not noticed in previous
    - new build-depends on dpatch.
  * debian/rules: added support for dpatch system.
  * debian/README.source: add description about dpatch system
  * new patch: arm_ftbfs.dpatch, which solves a FTBFS on arm and armel arches
  * debian/copyright: fix lintian warning debian-copyright-line-too-long.
