force hint for chromium

Hi RMs,

[I'm subscribed, no need to CC]

Would it be possible to get a force hint for chromium? It has been in
sid for 28 days, built everywhere and the obsolete chromium-data
source package has been removed. The RC bugs are fixed but britney
doesn't seem to think they are for some reason.

force chromium/0.9.13.1-1

I'd like to get a new upstream bugfix release in before the freeze but
would like to resolve the testing migration first.
