Give-backs for octaviz

Hi, 

please give back octaviz on the following architectures:

unconditionally:
	alpha i386 mips mipsel powerpc sparc

with dep-wait on octave3.0 (1:3.0.0-10):
	s390 hppa

In case it matters: these were binNMUs for the hdf-transition.
