Please give shogun back on ARM, latest octave3.0 should fix that. Sorry
for mipsel, no idea.

ATLAS ftbfs on alpha, maybe a simple give-back could fix that (provided
that alpha buildds have some spare cycles).
For sparc, a build log of the ATLAS build would be nice.
