cowdancer migration to testing needs manual intervention

Hi,

According to qa.debian.org page, I think the ancient version of
qemubuilder which was accidentally built for all arches is blocking
0.41 from migrating to testing. qemu is only available on select set
of architectures, and thus cowdancer no longer generates binaries for
those architectures.

What can be done to fix this situation?

http://qa.debian.org/uninstallable.php?package=cowdancer

Binaries from cowdancer 0.28 cannot be installed:

    * qemubuilder(alpha)
    * qemubuilder(hppa)
    * qemubuilder(hurd-i386)
    * qemubuilder(ia64)
    * qemubuilder(m68k)
    * qemubuilder(mips)
    * qemubuilder(mipsel)
    * qemubuilder(s390)

regards,
