The QA meeting will take place either in november or in december.

Time slots are from Thursday to Sunday. Transportation from your place
to madrid then extremadura will happen on thursday, and the return trip
will be on sunday, as I understand it from Andreas Schuldei's mail (but
I just asked for clarification, since it means that the meetings are one
day shorter than last year).
