Please hint gtk+2.0/2.10.13-1; has udeb

        Hi,

 gtk+2.0/2.10.13-1 should be ready for testing; I think it's still
 frozen due to the udeb hints, but I also think Frans Pop tested this
 new version successfully; perhaps he can confirm to the RT if he reads
 this.  :)

unblock gtk+2.0/2.10.13-1

 gtk+2.0 is the current top stall blocker.
