That's not the lintian tag you want.  That catches anything using
Source-Version, even if it's safe.  You want:

not-binnmuable-all-depends-any (26 packages, 46 tags)
not-binnmuable-any-depends-all (48 packages, 67 tags)
not-binnmuable-any-depends-any (4 packages, 11 tags)
