the accentuation was on the major impact of this bug. that it was so
trivial to fix is just a convenience side-effect.
this is a bug affecting all kde installation, means, this affect *at
least* 14%[0] of our user-base. this makes it for me clearly 'above the
line'.
therefore, again, i strongly recommend to allow this package enter etch r1.
