libbluetooth2-dev -> libbluetooth-dev transition

Hi,
I would like to upload bluez-libs 3.10 to unstable and do the
libbluetooth2-dev -> libbluetooth-dev transition.

Currently your packages have a versioned build-depend against libbluetooth2-dev,
this needs to be renamed in favour of libbluetooth-dev.
