binNMU request for java-gcj-compat

java-gcj-compat_1.0.76-2, Rebuild to include fix from last upload in binary packages, 1, i386

Please rebuild java-gcj-compat to include the fix to have a link called
tools.jar in java-gcj-compat-dev package. I really wonder why the fix is
in the source package and not in the binary package in i386.
