And the requirements for that would be? 

AFAIK our major problem for etch was the gcc transition, which had deep 
reaching consequences. Once we got that fixed and cleared our backlog, we 
did pretty well. Unfortunately, we'd already been dropped as a release
architecture by then. Some of our fixes never left sid.

We will probably still have occasional backlog issues, but we've put
quite a few new buildds into rotation and have more on the way. As
long as we aren't required to make do with only two autobuilders, I
think we'll be fine.

We certainly have one of the more active and helpful porter lists, from
what I've seen.
