Question about the removal of libpod-pom-perl

It appears that libpod-pom-perl was removed a few months ago. The
removal hint says RoQA, but I can't find any other information.

http://packages.qa.debian.org/libp/libpod-pom-perl/news/20061230T233915Z.html

There were no bugs against it (other than a single wishlist bug). It
was orphaned, but then adopted by the Perl group about four weeks ago.
My concern is that it is keeping the libapache-mod-perl-doc package out
of etch.

Is there any chance for this package (and also libapache-mod-perl-doc)
to get pushed back in or are we past the point of no return?

Regards,

-Roberto
