xfce4:
- Metapackage updated to match the new upstream release.
- Description updated, closing #405403.
xfce4-goodies:
- Updated to match the new upstream release.
- Some changes to the choice of installed packages.
xfce4 and xfce4-goodies are just metapackages, so there should be no
problem with them.
xfwm4-themes:
Added README.Debian, closing #286250.
