(a) argh, I managed to break something between the versions -2 and -6
that are found in testing (actually in -4), this fixes it, (behaviour
has been reverted); (b) also there is a debian:control:suggests on a
couple of packages not found in testing which have been removed (this
should remove the complaints about some things being uninstallable in
testing that appear on the qa page); and (c) the html man page is
updated to match the man page.
