Hi. I don't maintain the keyutils package, but would like to campaign for its inclusion in etch anyway. It is used to manage the kernel's keyring, which we enable by default in etch's kernel. I don't believe we've got any other userland tools for manipulating the keyring, so this package provides important functionality. The package is simple and has no outstanding bugs (though it's also rather new). noah
