Unblocking and hinting ipw

Hi,

I updated the README.Debian file to list module-assistant commands.

For ipw2100 and ipw2200, a unblock of package in unstable would be
required. For ipw3945, I uploaded a patched package to t-p-u.

Please unblock/hint the packages, debdiffs for all three packages are
attached.

FYI: This is, except if new RC bugs are opened, the last request, now
I'm done :)
