sarge support for m68k

Hi

Please make sure oldstable and oldstable-security builds are taken care
of. Currently at least the following builds are missing:

centericq_4.20.0-1sarge5
perl_5.8.4-8sarge6
qt-x11-free_3.3.4-3sarge3
ruby-gnome2_0.12.0-2sarge1
samba_3.0.14a-3sarge11
vim_1:6.3-071+1sarge3

PS: Since the move of crest I don't seem to have access anymore, but I
guess smarenka or Michael are taking care of it? Apparantly the
configuration is not fixed yet so no uploads are to be expected till
that gets fixed...
