Hello. I'd like to advocate an update to net-snmp to fix bug #429162 in stable. The functionality (synchronous mode snmpbulkwalk in libsnmp-perl) is supposed to work, and does work in oldstable, testing, and unstable, but is completely broken in stable. The patch is available at http://net-snmp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/net-snmp/branches/V5-2-patches/net-snmp/perl/SNMP/SNMP.xs?r1=15175&r2=15174&view=patch&pathrev=15175 and is rather small. We've tested it at my site and found that it does restore functionality. I'd be happy to prepare an upload targetting s-p-u if that would help. noah
