ldbl transition for libfcgi, not seen on [1].

 1. http://ftp-master.debian.org/~vorlon/transition-binnmus.txt

Therefore, I suggest:
hyperestraier_1.4.9-1.1, 1, Rebuild against libfcgi (ldbl transition). Closes: #451053, alpha amd64 arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc

(Would it be harmless/useful to include armel as well?)

Given the other source packages B-D'ing on libfcgi-dev, it looks like
there are only libfcgi-ruby and lighttpd, which seem OK already.

Cheers,
