[binNMU] apt-transport-debtorrent for new libapt-pkg

Hi,

Please binNMU apt-transport-debtorrent 0.1.1 as it is uninstallable with the new
apt (0.7.8) in unstable (technically the libapt-pkg-libc6.6-6-4.6 that apt now
provides). (Closes: #448565)

Thanks, and please let me know know if I've done something wrong/weird, as this
is my first package that needed binNMUing.
