BinNMUs are needed for the *reverse depends* of fftw3, not of fftw3 itself.

I don't understand. Maybe I have some misconceptions about BinNMUs? I thought that a BinNMU was, in this case, a binary .deb of fftw3, so that packages that depend on fftw3 can be installed.

Am I wrong?
