It might work for most packages (as soon as the real package is removed
from the archive), but won't for those with a versioned build-dependency
on libmysqlclient15-dev.
Which would be bacula, cyrus-sasl2, cyrus-sasl2-heimdal, proftpd-dfsg,
prokyon3, python-mysqldb, AFAICS.
