I don't understand the point of this request.  The python-numpy binary
package ships files under /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages, on all archs.

The only archs I have direct access to for scheduling binNMUs are the 11
etch release archs + m68k, but information about the binNMUs scheduled gets
passed on to where buildd maintainers for other archs can pick it up.
