Please requeue gimp-resynthesizer for build on mips

Hi, I've tried contacting mips@buildd.debian.org twice, and after a
total of two weeks, I've received no reply, so I'm sending to the
release list.

Please requeue gimp-resynthesizer for build on mips; it failed some
time ago as some of its build dependencies were uninstallable on mips
at the time. This is currently keeping it out of testing.
