No, you've diagnosed the problem exactly. :-( Thanks for reporting the problem. Apologies, I dropped the ball on this one and didn't do enough testing after building the r6 images. I've now done a rebuild as r6a after making this fix, and those new images/jigdos/torrents should now be appearing in the appropriate places on cdimage.d.o as I write this.
