Please unblock gtk-qt-engine 1:0.8~svn-rev31-3

The current version in testing 0.7 has some rather ugly bugs which are
fixed in unstable's 0.8-branch.

0.8 branch is in unstable for 4 months now and I'm pretty confident,
that no RC bugs are introduced from 0.7 to 0.8. I've reviewed every
patch since 0.7 (some of them I wrote myself).

The most important fixes are:
 #296657: Cannot change GTK "Style" from Gnome theme selector after
          installing this package, even if it is completely uninstalled.
          (important)
 #412279: gtk-qt-engine: unusable with GTK+ 2.10
          (grave, but does not affect Etch)

I know it's already very late to ask, I'm sorry that I haven't noticed
this sooner.
